Havenwood offers dance classes for adults and children for both recreation and competition, including Step Dancing, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acro, Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, as well as TPP, their Theatre Performance Program.

Established in 1995 by owner/instructor Michelle Banks, Havenwood Dance Studio began as a way to pass on the tradition of Step Dancing to family and friends. From what once was private lessons in a small home studio, Havenwood has grown to amass over 100 students of all ages. In our new downtown Charlottetown studio, we offer a wide variety of dance styles for both recreation and competition. Current style offerings include: Step Dancing, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acro, Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, as well as TPP, our new Theatre Performance Program. Along with instruction for children and youth, Havenwood expanded it’s dance classes for Adults in 2020 after discovering a need for accessible, adult dance classes in PEI.
